Welcome to MeleWorks Apps Platform, a software platform operated by MeleWorks Data Consulting (“MeleWorks”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By accessing or using our applications, analytics tools, or services (the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not access or use the Services.

1. Description of Services

MeleWorks provides online data analysis and modeling tools that allow users to upload data and perform statistical or analytical operations, including but not limited to:

  • Multiple Linear Regression analysis
  • Causal impact modeling
  • Marketing attribution analysis
  • Other analytics tools and data products

The Services are provided through a web-based platform. Meleworks also provides custom analytics and data management services to businesses and individuals.

2. Accounts and Access

Access to certain Services requires:

  • creating an account through third-party authentication providers (such as Google or Microsoft), and
  • maintaining an active subscription where applicable.

You agree to provide accurate information and to maintain the security of your account.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Subscription and Payments

Some features of the Services require a paid subscription.

Payments are processed through Lemon Squeezy, our third-party payment processor.

By purchasing a subscription you agree that:

  • subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled
  • fees are charged according to the pricing displayed at checkout
  • refunds are subject to the policies of Lemon Squeezy and MeleWorks

MeleWorks reserves the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Services to:

  • violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • upload malicious or harmful data or files
  • attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the platform
  • disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations.

5. User Data

Users may upload datasets to use with the analytics tools.

You retain ownership of your data.

By using the Services, you grant MeleWorks a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Services.

We do not claim ownership over user data.

6. Intellectual Property

All software, code, models, designs, and materials provided through the Services are the property of MeleWorks or its licensors.

You may not:

  • copy
  • distribute
  • resell
  • or reverse engineer

any part of the Services without permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.”

MeleWorks does not guarantee that:

  • the Services will be uninterrupted
  • the results of analytical tools will be error-free
  • the platform will meet every user’s needs

Analytics outputs should not be considered financial, legal, or professional advice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MeleWorks shall not be liable for:

  • indirect damages
  • lost profits
  • data loss
  • business interruption

arising from use of the Services.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services if:

  • these Terms are violated
  • fraudulent or abusive behavior is detected
  • required by law

Users may cancel their subscriptions at any time through their account or payment provider.

10. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms periodically.

If material changes are made, the updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised date.

Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
